individual psychotherapy
We are licensed mental health therapists in Washington state and Hawai’i. We accept the following insurance plans in Washington State:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield

- United Healthcare
If we are out of network with your insurance plan, we are happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Our private pay rate is $250 for a 90-minute intake session, and $165 for a 55-minute session.
Body Trust® coaching
We are Body Trust® Providers certified by the Center for Body Trust. For those living outside of Washington State and Hawai’i, we offer individual coaching services to support people in navigating their relationship to food and body. Our coaching rate is $250 for a 90-minute intake session, and $165 for a 55-minute session.
