Individual Psychotherapy 

We are licensed mental health therapists in Washington State and Hawai'i. We are in-network with Premera and Lifewise in Washington State. At this time, we are out of network with all other insurances. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Our private pay rate schedule is as follows:
  • 90-minute intake session: $235
  • 55-minute session: $155​​​

Body Trust® Coaching

We are Body Trust® Providers certified by the Center for Body Trust. For people living outside of Washington State and Hawai'i, we offer individual coaching services to support people in increasing peace in their relationship to food and body. Our pay rate schedule is as follows:
  • 90-minute intake session: $235
  • 55-minute session: $155

Group Psychotherapy

We offer a closed 10-week Body Trust® Process Group for individuals looking for support and community in a weight-inclusive space. This offering is currently on pause.
